ColloidareCare.com will gladly refund or exchange any unopened or damaged product. Refunds and exchanges are issued during the 30 days following the date of shipment. Although we offer free Shipping on some items, a reasonable return shipping and processing fee will be deducted from any/all your refunds.
Returns will be assessed a $25 return shipping and processing fee from your refund.
All other returns will incur $5.95 per item.

Please call us info@ColloidalCare.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). This number is required and we cannot process any product returns or exchanges without one.
Please click on: ColloidalCare.com Merchandise Return Form fill out the requested information and your RA#. This form gives us all the information needed to process your request quickly. Write your RA# on your return package and mail the product and Return Form back to us. Address label should read as follows:

Most orders cannot be cancelled once placed because of our immediate shipping process. We appreciate your business, and we do require you to double check your order before sending, to avoid unnecessary cancellations. If you have questions, please use the email address provided prior to ordering.
If you still require to cancel an order, contact info@ColloidalCare.com. We will do all that is possible to assist and help you through your request, if it is still possible to cancel the purchase.
If your order has already completed processing for shipment, we will be happy to issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#) for you to send back your order once it’s delivered. You may refuse shipment, however please be advised that your refund will be assessed any return shipping charges ColloidalCare.com incurs from the delivery service.
